Bakso108 Platform & Terms of Use
This document contains the terms and conditions governing the use of the bakso108 platform, which are binding on all users who register and use our services. Please read carefully before registering or making any transactions.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the bakso108 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors browsing the site without an account, registered users accessing betting services, and any party accessing digital content provided by bakso108.
Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. We advise users to check this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable conditions.
Important note: The bakso108 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any such accounts will be terminated immediately upon discovery.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the bakso108 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is a breach of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, an active mobile number, and a secure password. bakso108 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to confirm the validity of the information provided.
Account Security Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password secure.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported unauthorised access to our support team.
- Bakso108 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access if the user has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

3. Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the bakso108 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems, servers, or networks.
- Engaging in fraud, identity falsification, or providing false information during registration or transactions.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability or error in the odds or payment systems.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Sharing or selling account access to a third party.
Bakso108 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension or closure without compensation.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the bakso108 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion carried out by your bank or payment provider is entirely your own responsibility.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
- Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow QR and FPX. The bank account holder's name must match the name registered on your bakso108 account.
- Deposits are typically credited within 5–30 minutes, depending on the method and financial institution used.
- Bakso108 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party systems such as banks or payment providers.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per request.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same bank account registered under your name. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be longer during public holidays.
- Bakso108 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawals during identity verification or while investigating suspicious activity.
5. Account Policies, Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Bakso108 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to verify identity, or upon request by a lawful authority. Any remaining balance in an account closed due to a breach may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
Limitation of Liability
The bakso108 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. bakso108 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or compensatory losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including losses caused by technical disruptions, system errors, or unauthorised access by third parties.
Intellectual Property
All content on the bakso108 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of bakso108 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any part of the platform's content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bakso108.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The bakso108 platform may utilise third-party services such as payment providers, game suppliers, and security systems. bakso108 is not responsible for the privacy policies, terms of use, or actions of any such third parties. Users are encouraged to read and understand the relevant third-party policies before engaging with their services.
Changes to These Terms
Bakso108 reserves the right to modify, add, or amend any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Users are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be referred to the relevant courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
